The home presently has 16 rooms furnished with beds, rubber mattresses, bed covers, curtains, TV and telephone connection through EPABX, Each room has attached bathroom with geyser. There are built- in cupboards in the room. Essential electrical fittings exist along with a celling fan. The vicinity enjoys of plentiful ventilation and natural light. Each room has a balcony to itself. The home has three floors and basement all connected with ramp, staircase, and lift as well. There is a water boosting system to cater for summer water shortage, if any. At the entrance of the home there is a small but beautiful lawn. The home is managed by a qualified professional and is supported by staff for efficient running; detailed job descriptions of various staff have been created to cater for various situations administrative and security needs.

All senior (men of 60 years and women of 55 years and up). Couples or single, who are free from any communicate diseases, are mentally sound and physically fir.

DINING AND KITCHEN FACILITY
There is a common Air conditioned dining room where the residents are served their meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and run by world-trained Chef Mangat Ram and his staff. All freshly prepared meals are vegetarian and highly nutrition's. Residents with unique dietary requirements may request special meal preparation.

SECURITY
Those seeking admission and selected shall have to pay one time interest free security of Rs. 2 Lakh per person.
In case the resident desires to leave after 6 months the amount is refundable subjects to deductions.

MEDICAL
In order to cover medical expenses an amount of Rs. 50,000/- shall have to be paid for emergent medical expenses/ hospitalization. The unutilized amount shall be refundable at the time of leaving.
